The Fons Family wishes everyone they know a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Read further to see what we've been up to this past year.
Jim and Barbara celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this year with a family celebration in Annapolis. Seventeen members attended the summer Fons Family Funfest. Nancy arranged a downtown Annapolis adventure via the trolley. Picked us up at home and took all for a fun filled hour of downtown Annapolis. Arrived back home in time for a return trip to City Dock and a boat tour up the Severn River. No one got seasick. Then onto Nancy's pool, thank goodness, it was well into the 90's by then. We cooled off and played the usual water games and ate too much food.
Jim and I took a trip of a lifetime to Europe in September. We toured, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, and Germany. Christmas this year will feature all the Fonses again. Nancy is nearby, Chris and family arrive 12-23, Ted and family arrive 12-24 and Renee and family arrive 12-26. Hope all who read this enjoy a full and blessed 2011.
